| The guys at Tilden in Centereach are top-notch. Robert & Wilber are very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. They explain everything & don't try to sell you something that you don't need. Great guys & a great place. Plus Tilden is an authorized Costco Car Service Center. So call Costco for that 15% coupon to use at Tilden's! |

They give recommendations without being pushy, and they get me out in great timing. They're always courteous and fast - even with the extensive list of services. | I've relied on Tilden for all of my auto maintenance and repair needs for many years. Tilden is reliable, reputable and competent. They're work is excellent and costs are reasonable. I have never been overcharged, nor advised to receive any service not needed. Even when I would question and suggest that I think I may need a particular service, they will not do it if they feel it is not needed. In addition, Tilden performs all routine maintenance service for my vehicles and maintains records. They were able to provide all required documentation for a warranty claim and I was provided with a brand new engine from the manufacturer because Tilden performed all of the required maintenance services according to the manufacturer's schedule and was able to provide this documentation to the manufacturer. I actually paid an additional fee for towing coverage so that in the event my car ever needed to be towed, it would go to Tilden in case it was out of the distance limitation for towing. I Highly recommend Tilden Total Car Care Center in Centereach, NY. |

Price points are more than fair, and always have been. (15yrs) Appointments are made fast and easy, most times for me, that day. Can't say enough good things here. |
